5 out of 5 starsThese were easy to cut and assemble and made wonderful cards for our nursing home friends when we were unable to visit them last month due to a COVID outbreak. The seniors were delighted to have handmade cards that brought a little sunshine into their quarantined rooms.

Frequently asked questions
It’s been nearly a week since I placed my order, why hasn’t anything been sent to me?
All of my templates are digital, downloadable files. No physical items will be sent to you.
How do I download the digital files?
Downloads will be made available to you once your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with a link to your Downloads page, where you will be able to download all of the files associated with your order. You can also access the files from within your Etsy account. You should see a ‘download’ button on your Etsy Purchases and Receipts page.
Can I get a refund if I don’t use the files?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be given once the files have been purchased.
I don’t have a digital cutting machine. Can I still make your products?
Yes, in most cases you can! The majority of my templates include at least one PDF template that can be printed and cut out by hand. Please check the individual listings for more information.
How do I resize my SVG files?
In Cricut Design Space, select all, then either type in the measurement (or value) that you require in the size box (width) or drag the resize arrow in the bottom right corner. Just make sure that the padlock icon is locked before you do this to ensure that all of the pieces stay in proportion.
How do I resize my PDF template?
You can either resize the template within the printer properties box or, if you need it a lot bigger, you can take it to a print shop. All of my PDFs are formatted to A4 to be printed in landscape orientation. They are black and white (outline only), unless otherwise stated in the listing.
I have downloaded a zip folder, so how do I access the files?
All of your files are compressed within a zip folder to make downloading easier. If you right click on the zip folder, then go to ‘extract all’ this will save the files into a new, accessible folder. If you experience any problems with your files, send me a message and I will email the files to you direct. I will only do this to the email address that is associated with your payment account.
How do I work with solid score lines?
If you are using one of my _solid.svg files you will need to select the solid score lines in Cricut Design Space, then go to ‘Operation’ and change them from ‘Basic Cut’ to ‘Score’. You will then need to attach them to the right pieces. This video tutorial of mine might help: https://youtu.be/oxvQB_XSxvI If you do not have a digital cutting machine that can score, you can use the alternative .svg file, which will cut the score lines as small perforations. These will also need to be attached to the right pieces.
Why are my score lines showing up on a separate mat?
In Cricut Design Space, you will need to select the score lines, together with the piece that they need to be attached to, then click ‘Attach’.
What weight of cardstock do you recommend for your projects?
For construction, I recommend using about 240gsm cardstock, but generally anything around 220 - 250gsm will work just fine. If you choose to make your project smaller, then a lighter (thinner) cardstock may be required. Similarly, if you choose to make your project bigger, then a heavier (thicker) cardstock may be required. For some of the decorative panels, a lighter card or paper 90 - 120gsm will work best, but I will always state in the instructions if this differs.
